Biography
Qiang He, Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor, College of Medical and Bioinformatics Engineering, Northeastern University, Ph. D. in Computer Application Technology from Northeastern University, and a joint Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
He is engaged in teaching and researching artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms (graph neural networks, swarm intelligence optimization, multi-intelligence, deep reinforcement learning), data mining (network and medical big data analysis, dissemination and promotion of medical information, drug combinations, social network analysis, rumor control), biomedical informatics (infectious disease informatics, intelligent medical care, health informatics), etc.
He is a member of CCF, IEEE He is a member of CCF, a member of IEEE, and an executive member of CCF Internet Special Committee and Network and Data Communication Special Committee. He has published in IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Health Information Technology, and IEEE Transactions on Health Information Technology.
He has published or accepted more than 70 papers in IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, and IEEE ICC, etc., of which more than 60 are SCI-retrieved, and he has been the first or corresponding author.
He has published 20 papers in CCF A, IEEE/ACM journals or JCR region 1 (9 papers in CCF A, IEEE/ACM Transactions), 2 highly cited/hot papers, and has authorized/applied for more than 20 national invention patents; he is in charge of the Joint Key Project of the National Natural Foundation of China (NNFC), the Youth Project of the National Natural Foundation of China (NNFC), the National Key Research and Development Project (NSRD) sub-theme, the China Postdoctoral Fund, Liaoning Provincial Doctoral Launching Fund, and the Basic Operating Expenses of Central Universities, etc.
He has been awarded the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Liaoning Province, the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Northeastern University, the Natural Academic Achievement Award of Liaoning Province, the First Prize and the Second Prize of Outstanding Thesis of the Annual Meeting of the Computer Society of Liaoning Province, the Best Paper Award of the International Conference, and the International Research Awards on Infectious Diseases - Best Research Award. International Research Awards on Infectious Diseases (Best Researcher Award).
