Erythroid differentiation of pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) is an important research direction to alleviate the clinical "blood shortage" problem, but the erythroid cells from iPSCs are not mature enough to meet the clinical standards. Our team focus on to optimize the differentiation system from PSCs by screening with small molecular library and Crispr/Cas9 library to solve the problem of poor efficiency of enucleation. We also explore the epigenetic and transcriptional mechanism of terminal erythropoiesis.
